Well, I spent Mother's Day with a migraine headache, meaning that I did not get to spend time with my mother, nor any "quality time" with my kids. Not exactly a good way to spend Mother's Day - or really any day for that matter.
The only good thing about migraines (if that is possible) is that when I recover it's like I am totally slowed down - I can't do anything quickly, so everything is slow and reflective. Nothing like the average day.
